- How do we communicate childcare availability to our members?
- Include it in your registration form and early-bird communications. A simple "childcare available on request during registration" drives pre-registration, which helps us staff accurately. We provide standard copy on request.
- Can we offer this as a member benefit?
- Yes. Many associations fold the childcare cost into their general event budget rather than charging a separate fee. Others offer childcare as an add-on registration item. We can accommodate either approach.
- What if we don't know how many children to expect?
- Give us your best estimate based on your membership profile. We build flexibility into our staffing plan, and we'll adjust the final headcount based on registration numbers closer to the event.
- Do you have experience with credentialed member events (CLE, CME, etc.)?
