Frequently asked questions

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for larger events (50+ children). Smaller events can sometimes be accommodated with 1–2 weeks' notice. Contact us as early as possible to confirm availability.
What ages do you care for?
We provide care for infants (6 weeks+) through age 12. Age ranges are confirmed during the quoting process so we can staff appropriately for each group.
What if a child gets hurt or sick during the event?
All of our caregivers are First Aid and CPR certified. We have a defined protocol for injuries and illness, including immediate parent notification. Call Emmy carries liability coverage for every event, and organizers receive documentation as part of the booking confirmation.
Do you provide supplies and equipment?
We provide age-appropriate activity supplies. For infant care, we ask that parents provide diapers, formula, and any items specific to their child. We work with venues to arrange any needed furniture.
Can you handle events outside Colorado?
Yes. Call Emmy has provided event childcare nationally. Travel logistics are factored into the proposal. Contact us with your event location for availability.
